Wills, Trusts and Probate

Putting ones affairs in order is always a relief. Ms. Early has lots of experience with preparation and execution of the Last Will and Testament and related documents. With the normal will package she prepares a will, a medical power of attorney, a durable power of attorney and a living will (do not resuscitate order). So that all bases are covered.

After a loved one has passed, Ms. Early can help with the probate- file the will and open the deceased loved one's estate. Civil/ Real Estate Litigation

When it comes right down to it- Gloria Yates Early is a fighter. She has experience handling General Civil Litigation as well as Real Estate Litigation involving problems with the survey, well placement, counties sub-division platting requirements, property damage as well as wrongful foreclosures and other issues. She is a master of digging to find out exactly what the issues are really at the heart of conflicts and negotiating options that are realistic and acceptable to all parties.

Ms. Early worked in two different sections of the Texas Department of Insurance for 5 years as a legal assistant. During that time she became very familiar with the Texas Insurance Code, Enforcement and Compliance and Liquidation and Conservation procedures of that state agency. Ms. Early is specially equipped to handle Civil Litigation that involves Texas Insurance Code issues.
